We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is fully responsible for return shipping costs, and items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. Under no circumstances does Us and More cover return shipping charges.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a deduction based on the original shipping cost. There is no handling charge. This deduction applies even if a free shipping offer was applied to the customer order.

4. Incorrect Details & Items Not Received

Us and More is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination due to incorrect details or an undeliverable address.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not be issued if incorrect details prevent delivery.

 

If your tracking information shows your order as "delivered" but you have not received it, you are responsible for contacting the delivery carrier to locate your package. If you need assistance, you can reach out to us at hello@usandmoreco.com, and we will provide the carrier’s contact details and local tracking numbers. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, please provide us with your correspondence with them, and we will do our best to assist. Please note that we cannot issue refunds or replacements unless this process is followed.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will guide you through the return process and provide a return address. The returned product must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the product and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns due reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or no longer needing the item. Items that are damaged, modified, or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund.

7. Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will cancel and refund you. However, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and is in transit, as we have no control over postal services.

All products sold at Us and More are quality-checked and tested before shipping. We guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If an item is broken or damaged during transit, you are entitled to a brand-new replacement product free of charge.

 

However, we cannot guarantee that our products will have the same experience for every customer, as each person may interact with the product differently. If the product does not meet your expectations in effectiveness but is not defective, you will not be eligible for a refund.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

10. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
